thank god I'm back!!

for the longest time, my mom's been threatining to take me to a mental hospital for my love of Phantom, and she did-that's where I've been! It's sooooooooooo great to be back! hugs for all!!!

Are you serious? Loving Phantom is not crazy. Glad you're back, but sorry you had to go through that. No fun.

Don't let everyone know how much you love Phantom. I don't, or they'd put me away as well.

if that makes you crazy i don`t even now how many times i shuold have been putten there.
*counting* 1 for the phantom of the opera 2 for harry potter 3 for the legend of the ice people 4 for the da vinci code and the obbession for temple knights and such things it awkened in me. and 5 for generrally being a fantasy freak. don`t you worry, being in love with a story dosn`t make you insane

love it! it reminds me of the 1 question they kept asking me: "do you ever see the phantom or any other charactors?" I was tempted to say, "yes, Erik's my father, and he'll kill you if you don't let me out soon!" (that place was soooo boring!) This reminds me of a film called "Don Juan DeMarco". Johnny Depp and Marlon Brando starred. The police had Johnny committed to a mental hospital because he claimed to be the legendary lover Don Juan. Marlon Brando was his shrink.

After all the fantastic stories Johnny told, with Marlon believing him, his birth certificate and background check bascally said he was raised in NYC and his father was killed in a car crash, not a sword fight defending his mother's honor.

Marlon still believed Johnny, because Johnny's mother showed up as a nun, just as he had said. She said her son never lied. Whatever he said was true.

Therefore, Marlon told him to tell the hospital head what he wanted to hear and deny being Don Juan. He did and was released.

Later we find Marlon and his wife taking Johnny to the island where he said he'd left his own true love Dona Inez. Sure enough, she was there just as he had said. This led us all to believe he was telling the truth...he was Don Juan.

Where am I going with this, Erik and Christine maybe your parents, but just tell the doctors what they want to hear so they won't lock you up.

nuh uh! How evil of your mom! My aunt stares at me angerly when I say the words Phantom of The Opera

and she wanted to put me in a nut house when I started to enter my dragon obsession that all girls get when entering teenhood (is that a word?)

I never had a drangon obsession, though I guess I'm okay since my sister is now going through the "Harry Potter" obsession. I also have another advantage because my mother happens to love the '04 movie. (ick)

BlackMaskWhiteMask I had a dragon obsession. My parents didn't mind that obsession as much as they do my Phantom obsession. They actually thought I wasn't their child for a week or so.

I have obsessions all the time so everyone is used to it.

Obsessions are okay as long as you don't hurt yourself or someone or something.

Phantom obsessions I don't see any harm in. Just because you start looking for Erik around every corner, what's the harm?

My father judges people by the way they look and their obsessions. If he doesn't like something but I do it's just like World War 3. I had my CD player in the car and out of nowhere he starts yelling at me for listening to phantom of the opera. My father aggervates me.

erikstalker, my father is the same way. I haven't spoken ho him since February hehe

If you know one or both parents dislikes a song, don't play it where they can hear it. Remember, when you reach the age of majority (18 years old for girls and 21 years old for boys) then you can do as you please. However, as long as you live at home, try to respect the wishes of your folks. It will make life easier.

I was listening to a CD player with headphones and I had the music turned down so that they couldn't hear it.

I you had the headphones on, how did they know you what you were listening to?

Maybe they saw her put the CD in the player

That's the only CD I've been listening to for the past 2 months and I had the lyrics with me.

Then they must have assumed. I'm really sorry. Truly I don't see any harm in listening to the sound track. I don't know how many time's I've played it.

I've watched the DVD something like 129 times, I think.
