Ok so this is random but bear with me

I will quietly admit that up until very recently one thing I never believed about the whole Phantom story was his ability to hypnotize with his voice. Mostly Christine but in some other novels, who ever he wanted.
Until I met my boyfreind.
I know this sounds horribly mushy and all but he has a glorious voice (his mother has a fantastic high register and I jokingly tell him that his voice has never cracked because he does too lol) and he sung the Daughty song No Surprise to me the other day and Im not kidding. I was completely paralyzed. I suddenly understood how the Phantom hypnotized because it was like being under a spell.
Anyways...I just thought I would share that lol
